Robbie co-founded Facilitate Search in 2019 following a successful career in Facilities Management recruitment. With over a decade of experience delivering tailored recruitment solutions, he now leads our Permanent Division – driving growth, innovation, and outstanding service for the clients and candidates who partner with FS.
He is passionate about making a positive impact on the businesses we support and the careers of the candidates who place their trust in us. Robbie is equally dedicated to the development of the FS team, helping colleagues achieve their own career goals and ambitions.
A key part of his role is spending quality time with clients, ensuring that strong, lasting relationships remain at the heart of the business.
Robbie also leads our FS in the Community initiative, partnering with local charities such as Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the BCFC Foundation. Since 2021, the FS team has proudly raised over £20,000 for local causes.
Outside of work, Robbie is a long-suffering Birmingham City fan, and weekends are spent keeping his young family entertained!
