Adam co-founded Facilitate Search with Robbie in 2019 and has spent over 10 years working within Facilities Management & Built Environment recruitment.
He leads the Contract & Interim business at Facilitate Search, partnering with a range of contractors, service providers and end users to provide specialist interim solutions for specific assignments.
Adam is responsible for the performance, growth and development of our C&I business and is focused on building long term relationships, optimising service delivery to our customers and candidates, introducing new innovations to aid performance and ensuring compliance across the division.
A big Aston Villa fan, he has a passion for all things sports & fitness having graduated with a degree in Sports & Exercise Science.
