“I began my Facilitate Search journey back in July 2022. Having worked within FM prior to recruitment I thought Facilitate Search sounded like a good fit. Since then, I have gained two promotions, and I am now one of the Senior Recruitment Consultants within the Engineering team.
My role started as a Delivery Consultant, purely focusing on candidate generation and placing Engineers with FM organisations across the UK. Placing candidates into companies where they can thrive and reach their potential is hugely rewarding and as well as the incentives and bonus schemes offered at FS this is by far the most rewarding part of the job.

Some of the highlights of my journey with FS so far has got to be going to places like Barcelona & Dublin. It’s crazy to think by working hard and hitting your targets you can literally be paid for going on holiday!
