“Well two years at Facilitate Search and what a two years it has been.
From winning employee of the year in my first year to securing top biller in 2023, it really has been a rollercoaster. I joined FS shortly after university and at the time, like many graduates, was unsure in which direction I wanted to take my career, I can safely say now that it was the best decision I ever made!
Through the incredible bonus scheme, it has allowed me to save for my first house, watch England play at a major tournament but most importantly has allowed me to go on numerous holidays including an all-paid trip to Marbella last year for hitting my targets. In the space of 2 years, I have been promoted twice and now a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the business, I can offer my knowledge and experience to the promising upcoming associates that we currently have.
Facilitate is a company that prides itself on making an impact within the FM sector but also having a positive impact on our local community, I’ve played a big role in charity events in my time here and I’m proud we’ve raised over £15,000.
