Account Director – TFM (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Facilitate Search is a specialist recruitment business focused exclusively on the UK’s Facilities Management sector. We’re partnering with a global FM organisation to appoint an Account Director to lead the delivery of a high-profile contract based in Edinburgh.

We’re looking to speak with experienced senior leaders, ideally with a background in PFI and/or Healthcare, who can demonstrate:

– Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of 200+ employees
– Full P&L responsibility for contracts exceeding £20 million
– Strong stakeholder management skills across client and operational teams
– Excellent commercial awareness and a proven track record of driving performance
– Experience delivering strategic, complex FM contracts within critical environments
